Cancellation fees:

3 days prior: 50% refund
2 days prior: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
1 day prior: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
On the day of the tour: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

In case of poor or unsafe weather conditions, we offer:

Choice of another tour
Another day of your choice
Full refund

We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or safety reasons, offering the same options for refund or rescheduling.

Refunds are issued to the same credit card used for booking, minus any credit card fees.

No refunds for no-shows.
